Our restaurant offers typical local food, masterfully prepared following the tradition; you can taste the famous crostini “neri”, black toasts topped with home-cooked liver, Casentino’s cold cuts and cheese, main courses with traditional Italian sauces or based on game meat, porcini mushrooms, local meat dishes, and finally home-made pastries. Our daily menu will offer few but always fresh dishes cooked with local food.
In autumn and winter, during the week, we organize barbecues and cook Florentine steak in the old fireplace, upon reservation made at least one day in advance.
Casa Taverni organizes parties for birthdays, anniversaries or any other important events!
We suggest always to make a reservation but, anyway, if you come to Casa Taverni, you will always find a hot meal !
